I have used this cable with my portable dvd player when I travel and stay in hotels/motels. I always take a couple dvds with me and I just plug it into the television in the room. I think this is a good product at a pretty good price. I have not had it long, so I don't know how it'll wear. I ordered it and received it a couple days later.

I walked into a radio shack store and looked at the same item. I went home the same evening and went online and received my product within a week. This was a eye opening experience to online shopping. Thanks for providing an alternative to high prices.

I've bought Hosa cables and adapters for years now. They aren't perfect, but they are the best for the price. Hosa gives you a lifetime guarantee, and cables have failed, but it is simply easier for me to order a replacement over the internet given the prices. I've talked to the Hosa people at electronic tradeshows, they are very sincere and hands on with your issues, net result, I like the customer service as well as the product. This break out cable is perfect for using on your still and video cameras for a composite output. The cable is flexible, packs away easily and the 5 ft. size is perfect most uses and for creating less counter top clutter.

This product, like another electronics item I ordered through Amazon a few months ago, arrived postage due. It wasn't a lot of money, but it was a lot of hassle to make time to visit the post office. Made me wonder if the price would have been as competitive if correct postal rates had been part of the price. The cable worked fine - fit into the camera like it was made for it - transferred the video and audio like advertised. But the delivery of the product was annoying, at best.
