Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Hospitality Information Systems and E-Commerce (Paperback)
This was my first purchase in Amazon and I had a great experience. The book arrived before the expected date and it was in excellent condition. Although it said that it was a used textbook, it actually looks brand new. Very happy with the purchase!!
