This review is from: Hospitality and the Other: Pentecost, Christian Practices, and the Neighbor (Faith Meets Faith Series) (Paperback)
this is a great book that looks at theology contextually from a pentecostal perspective in search of a theology of religions. Yong's move to a performative theology of hospitality is particularly relevant and a good conversation partner for books like Vanhoozer's Drama of Doctrine and the recent research of Shannon Craigo-Snell's 'theology as performance' (prof at Yale University).
