I signed up for James' blog carnival service that he offers through this and via his blog, thinking it would be a good way to boost traffic to my new blog.He replied asking for my blog information (which, to be fair, I inadvertently left out in the original email) to which I replied with and since then I never heard a thing and never received any sort of promotion or service that I had paid for. After several weeks of no responses, I gave up and canceled my subscription so that it would not renew monthly. Their customer service is absolutely horrid - in fact it is non existent because I did not receive any further replies or acknowledgments other than to ask for my blog address and to take my money.
