I tried the dark chocolate (now my favorite) and the milk chocolate and both made a really nice, creamy cup of hot chocolate. The flavor is definitely a lot richer than the powdered stuff with a very pleasing quality of chocolate and I will be buying them again.
My only word of advice is to make sure the milk is nice and hot (which depending upon the power of your microwave may take longer than the recommended 2 minutes)so that the chocolate melts all the way.

This is a unique product. Does it make GREAT hot chocolate? Not according to my kids, it wasn't bad hot chocolate, just not as great as the presentation.
