Awesome product, and the about nicest company I've ever dealt with. Could not have been more polite or more helpful - even with an exchange 30 days later! Big thumbs up from me.

Shipped on time without damage. This sleeve does an excellent job icing you arm. It doesnt do the interior shoulder that well but that is a difficulty joint to ice. The cloth fabric is sturdy and holds up well.

I bought this ice pack for a rotator cuff injury and used it even while sleeping sometimes. It stays cool for a very long time. My only complaint is that it was sized too large for my female frame. That's understandable as it needs to accomodate male shoulders too.

Because of the size, you can use it on other parts of the body too. It doesn't, of course, conform anatomically to other areas, but it serves the purpose of icing for most areas that a regular ice pack would cover. My husband says it's one of the best things I ever bought on Amazon. Uses it all the time.
