I highly recommend the book. For one think, try drinking soda without ice, you will not. That alone is worth the cover price and then some. Very innovative concept and very different from all other diet books. Hot Diet suggestions and recommendations do not have a down side. Innovation does not necessarliy follow great deal of scientific research by large corporations every time. There are the Eureka moments and discoveries large and small we need to share with others. I thank the author AJ for sharing and congratulate him in fighting back cancer. I hope AJ will continue to share and promote his concepts. God Bless You.

I have read all the diet books and really appreciated the scientific information and the story telling. AJ re-enforces the basics of course, like exercise and water and people need re-enforcement. I love the delivery of the story and the important information that supports what is necessary for an ideal size and weight as well as vitality. I will recommend this book to all of my clients.

I purchased "The Hot Diet" about a week ago and quite enjoyed the book. While bringing to light a unique nutritional facet, A.J. Djo reminds us of the importance of caring for ourselves in a complete manner. It can never be said enough.. We are what we eat.

I believe the five principles, A.J. outlines, to be a solid life improving foundation from which we can all benefit.
