Book Description

August 1, 2005 Foxtrot Collections
In his 18th collection of the fabulous comic strip, FoxTrot creator Bill Amend delivers a look at teen and family life that is consistently fresh, irreverent, and wacky. The antics of adolescent siblings Jason, Peter, and Paige try parents Roger and Andy but deliver laughs to readers as they're drawn into their chaotic world.

The wildly popular and enduring strip has won-and kept-fans nationwide, as they keep coming back for more of the crazy life of the Fox family. Amend keeps his comedy fresh by dipping into the pop culture pool, which never fails to provide plenty of fodder for him to parody brilliantly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another perfect book, August 31, 2005
By
This review is from: My Hot Dog Went Out, Can I Have Another? : A FoxTrot Collection (Paperback)
Fox Trot is back. I love this comic strip and absolutely every book in this series is excellent.

The whole gang is back (although we don't see Peter's girlfriend or Eileen in these)and as always, they are funny and inspired.

Once again, I have to comment on the extremely small size of the book. I can go through these books in about 30 minutes if I read very slowly. I prefer thicker books myself. However, that is my ONLY complaint with this series.

BUY THIS ONE and enjoy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great collection, October 11, 2005
This review is from: My Hot Dog Went Out, Can I Have Another? : A FoxTrot Collection (Paperback)
Bill Amend does it again. This is another great collection of Foxtrot comics. It features another of Roger's attempt to create a perfect barbecue that turns into a Fourth of July fireworks and Peter and Jason wondering whether Bruce Springsteen gets his inspiration from watching Roger's attempt at barbecuing. This is another great addition to your collection.
