Handy gloves, January 7, 2010
I wear these convertible glove/mittens when I'm going on nature walks with my camera. It sure beats dragging off my gloves every time I want to free my fingers, them having to re-glove. It's so quick and easy to free up my fingers, or my thumbs, or both, and just as quick to re-cover them. My hands freeze in any gloves, and I have several pair of very warm all-one-piece type gloves - these seem to be as warm as any gloves I have. I would buy again. Fast service, too.

Glomitts, February 14, 2010
The GloMitts are pretty amazing. I feel very versatile when I wear them, due to the mitten flap being easy to take on and off. There are a few issues though. The first being an annoying one...the thumb flap doesn't have any velcro or anything to hold it back, and it gets in the way when you try to write or anything.
The few issues I have with them are that the seams where the mitten attaches to the glove seems to be a weak one, and the edges are beginning to recede. Also, there is no sort of lining at the end of the fingers on the glove part, and they sort of begin to roll in on themselves due to wear. Also, a tiny bit of air seems to get in between the thumb flap and the actual thumb covering since there isnt much overlap.
Overall, I really like the gloves. While they aren't amazing, they do keep me warm and perform their function very well.

Great concept, poor execution, January 3, 2010
After receiving my pair and trying them out, I've decided to relegate them to the car for a spare pair in case I forget my regular gloves.
They are sturdy and comfortable enough, and they keep your hands warm, the problem lies in the flap that unfolds to cover your fingers. It isn't thick enough to keep your fingertips warm. I'm not talking sub zero temps either, it was around 20 degrees Fahrenheit when I used them.
It also is easier to remove a standard glove to reach into your pocket than it is to open the flap to expose your fingers and then try to re-cover them with your other hand that is inside of a mitten.
