4 Stars only since I didn't know all the songs...nor did a few other child-care givers who heard the CD...So, maybe some of the songs are too esoteric for us adults to enjoy. But, it's fun overall. We used this for a long drive to my folks; my sister and I sang the tunes as the kids (near 2) sat in their car seats and played with their car toys. But the songs offer good variety and nice atmosphere. For us adults, we also learned the words we didn't know (great for 2nd stanzas) and words we had forgotten. The younger crowd (<2 - 2 1/2 years) may find it fun for background. I think older children who have the vocabulary down (say later two year olds and nearer 3) will enjoy this while they play. THEN they can sing along too...but for your younger kids...well you'll have to do the singing for them.

My 18 month old daughter loves this CD - she even sings along every so often... like 3rd or 4th word. There are a lot of products out there of various qualities - this is one of the good ones. The children at times really annunciate - but I think this helps my daughter learn to speak.
