For the price........save your money, buy a regular curler from a local store, and heat it with blow dryer for a few seconds. It doesn't COME with an adapter (must be a SPECIAL adapter as well) which is well over 1/2 the cost of the until itself, and the companies customer service is virtually non existant. I emailed 3 times with not ONE reply. Wish I had this purchase to make over again, I would never had bothered!

I purchased this heated eyelash curler over the rest because it seemed like a better design over the one-piece handheld curlers. A lot of those had reviewers saying they broke within a year. I have only had this one a couple months but it does seem like a decently built item. The only concern I have is that the heating element sticks up and the eyelash curler latches onto it while it is heating. This little piece of the machine seems like the most likely to get broken. I haven't had any trouble with it yet, though.

I love how this item curls my lashes. It doesn't crimp, unless I don't get my eyelashes in it correctly. I also like that the curler is the same as the non-heated type, with the exception of the pad. You do have to occasionally change out the pad, as with non-heated curlers.

The only reasons I didn't give this 5 stars was due to the concern over the heating element breaking after repeated use and a personal complaint that curler is gold while the base is silver.

I love this unit....but I have had four of them. Seriously. It works like no other but it just stops heating after about 5 months. This one actually started sparking before I threw it out the other day. The customer service of the company is a joke too. I'm hooked, but going to try something different in hopes of finding something that lasts longer.

Love the way it beautifully curls my eyelashes..
Nothing else curls the way this unit does.Just enough heat in the heater base to heat the curler, sets the curl of my eyelashes for the longest time.
Best heated eyelash curler out there-- bar none!

I purchased this a few weeks ago and i have literally used this eyelash curler everyday since. I have extremely straight lashes and it could take up to 15 minutes get them to curl enough to my liking. Using this has decreased the time it takes to curl and my lashes stay curled all day! They also look naturally curled as some eyelash curlers only curl a few lashes and make my lashes go all different directions. This is truly the best thing I have ordered in a long time.

Love this item, works easily and best one out there. It makes sense..I just put gold curler in this heater and it heats just where it needs to on curler and then when I curl my lashes, they stay curled.
Opens up my eye big time.
Where I live at times is humid and this is the only one that works.
feels good near the eye too.
I gave several as gifts to my lash curler friends who are on the lookout for all things lashes that work.
