Dr. Manny has done it again! I lost 24 lbs. in just 8 weeks. In discovering the seven power foods, this book injects energy and flavor into your everyday life. The foods you can dream up are so delicious that you don't feel like you're dieting at all. I've become quite the chemist in my kitchen having fun by mixing the power foods that are a vital part of this fast-track diet. If you're not that much of a chef, the book also has some delicious recipes. If you've struggled to lose weight, I urge everyone to try The Hot Latin Diet, it works, it's fun and it's full of flavor!

Trying to stay healthy and in shape can be a true battle - process is everything in staying the course! Dr. Manny brings his considerable expertise and unique perspective to this important healthcare initiative by invigorating the concept of staying in shape with enticing food and common sense advice! Having lived in Mexico for several years, I constantly crave the flavors - and colors - of a diet that offers some variety and spice while based on sound nutrition. This book is IT! Through the years i have tried many diets and this is by far the easiest one to follow. The foods are delicious and at the end of the day, i dont feel deprived. If you have failed on other diets in the past, this is definately the book to buy!

This book and diet plan is terrific! The seven power foods are worth the price of entry to a feel great, look great read! A bombshell body, that is the natural result of this exceptional diet plan, has prime benefits for your health along with some truly savory delights. My wife and I enjoyed exploring the delicious and spicy hot food plans

I love this diet book! In fact, it doesn't read or feel like a diet book at all. Dr. Manny breaks down what we all need to know about nutrition and food and teaches you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle through practical, nonobsessive calorie-counting methods. With this diet, I can eat delicious foods and mix and match every meal. It gives you diversity of foods to eat, which is what will get anyone to stick to healthy eating and living. And the recipies sound amazing. I'm really excited to start this plan.

IT REALLY WORKS,

First of all I have to admit that we cheated a little. I borrowed this book from an acquaintance a couple of months ago. My wife and I were looking to shed some of the unwelcome weight you tend to put on when you are content with life, but your clothes don't fit so well. Once we saw the pounds start to come off, we had to buy our own copy. THIS DIET REALLY WORKS! In just nine weeks, we have lost a combined total of 42.75 lbs; and all this without having to give up on flavor. The seven power foods do in fact give you energy and the desire to go outside and move, whether we walk, jog, play basketball, tennis, or just go rollerblading, we've reconnected with one another and are truly enjoying life again. With the price of gas, who can afford new clothes? All we know for sure is that after trying this diet we no longer wanted to just sit around and watch TV!!! Thank you Dr. Manny, if you keep writing 'em, we'll keep buying 'em.

I Love latin food, so why not eat what you love and crave and lose weight doing it!?! And who doesn't love the 7 Power Foods. There are so many ways to incorporate these into your everyday. And you don't have to feel like you are on a diet when you are out to dinner with your friends! This book is well organized and very helpful!!! Thanks Dr. Manny!

Anyone who doesn't want to diet but just eat healthy and lose weight, this is the book! I love Dr. Manny from watching Fox News and I wish we had more doctors like him in my city! Reading this book gave me the feel of compassion with food just as he does when he speaks! Thanks Dr. Manny!
