4.0 out of 5 stars Hotheads Delight!
Fire eaters rejoice! This is a fantastic book for both dedicated hotheads and those with a less fiery palate. Recipes are grouped by main heat inducing ingredient, and are also rated on a hottness scale of 1 to 10. Although a few of the ingredients may take some searching to procure, most are readily available at larger supermarkets or ethic grocery stores. There are full...

1.0 out of 5 stars The book never came
This book showed "in Stock". I ordered it along with another cook book as a birthday gift. Because they were to "ship together", both books failed to arrive in time for the birthday. I waited and waited. Finally after contacting customer service, I was told this book was never available. They shipped the other one anyway. I had already purchased it locally. Anyone...

This review is from: Hot!: 150 Fiery and Spicy Recipes for Cooking with Chilies, Peppercorns, Mustard, Horseradish, and Ginger (Hardcover)
There are full color photos for many of the recipes, and the layout is quite user-friendly. This cookbook provides recipes which quite literally run the gamut from soup to nuts and everything in between. Who would have imagined that chili peppers could provide a nice kick to a dessert course? Or that ice cream could bring a little "heat" to the end of a meal! With the help of this excellent book even more timid cooks can put some flash in their pans!

Anyone need an Rachelle Ray cookbook? I have an extra one.
