This is a must-have for fans of retro hot rods and pin-up art. The cars are very primal - no billet or Boyd Cottingham crap here. They range from rat rods to lead sleds to full kustoms, as well as everything in between. And the models are in period-correct clothing (or out of said clothing!). Perry has noted personalities from the art and rodding worlds contributing essays, including Rob't. Williams. The author correctly evokes the period without beating you over the head with it; he captures it matter of factly. All the cars are interesting, with info on the car and the pin-up model given. Naturally, these gals are scorchingly hot. Guys, this is the genuine article. You need this book!

If you like Hot Rods and Beautiful Women, You'll enjoy this book. AND if you're into photography that's a plus because this book will give you great ideas. David Perry is a genius in my humble opinion and knows how to combine these two things to create beautiful images.

not as great as the 2007, but another good one. more pics from David Perry's book "Hot Rod Pin Ups"- again with Hell's Belle CC member Heidi VanHorne on the cover and more hot pin up girls with cool hot rods inside.
