If this book is anything like Fraser's other cookbook "The Hot and Spicy Cookbook More than 175 Tantalizing Recipes from Around the World" (1991) cooks should avoid it like the plague. I'm an experienced cook and "175 recipes" book was a masterpiece of unclear instructions and misleading pictures. To say nothing of Fraser's love for adding garam masala to almost everything. If you're not aware, garam masala is a combination of spices that is tedious to make and adds nothing to a dish that a little extra cumin won't. Avoid any cookbook by this fraud.
