I have never cooked a recipe from this book that wasn't a huge success. It is definitely one of my top ten essential cookbooks. I especially like her rating system for spicyness (one to five chiles) which allows me to modify recipes for children and heat-challenged guests.

If you like spicy food, this cookbook is a must. The recipes are wonderful, the additional info on chilis and curries is great. This is easily my #1 cookbook. I am here to get a new copy, because my old one is in such bad shape after being used so much.
