About the Author
Nina Finburgh has taught at RADA and for the past 9 years has given weekly workshops on Cold Readings and Presentation at the Actors' Centre in London. She works as consultant to a wide range of performers, including both inexperienced and established actors, along with opera singers, dancers, poets, and pop stars.

It's a very thin book, but it's full of great advice! Don't judge this book by its size. Basically, the book gives advice on what makes a great cold reading in simple terms. It focues on the director and YOU, the actor. From these two focus points, it reviews and concludes what's most benefical to each respectively, and both as a whole. A very thin and simple book with great advice for cold readings. Read and reviewed on Friday, March 3, 2000.
