Received the dryer and used it immediately. Its wonderful and dries my hair quickly, my old one took more than 30 minutes to dry my long hair. I like the fact that it has two settings, a separate button for the Ionizing function, and the unit is lightweight. Wish I had purchased it much sooner, a great product.

I bought this dryer less than a month ago. I usedit once for 5 minutes for a hair treatment, the second and last time i used it the dryer had been on for 10 minutes.i turned it off to go to the restroom, and when i returned it wouldn't turn back on. I'm sure this would be an outstanding product if it didn't break so easily.

This dryer works really well. However, as a mom of 2 small children I do not have the time that it takes to dry my hair on the low setting so I use the high setting. It is so hot that it becomes a fight everytime to see how long I can tolerate the heat. So watch ya necks and ears ladies....they may get burned.

I really came close to returning this item. I have long, thick hair that I like to roll on large rollers, so I thought this would be ideal. However, I was a bit disappointed in the design in that it does not allow the hair at the back of the head and neck to dry while the top dries too much! But I searched and searched and could not find a hard bonnet dryer with any other type of design and the reviews that were posted for other dryers said the same problem was experienced with them. So, I kept it with the idea that it was better than nothing.
