Ferrari 125 S Hot Wheels celebrates Ferraris 60th Anniversary with this 1:18 scale Ferrari 125 S. This is the car that started it all for Ferrari. Appearing in 1947, the 125 S is the first car to bear the Ferrari name. Ahead of its time, the 125 S featured double wishbone suspension and a live axle in the rear for the ultimate in responsiveness. The two which were produced no longer exist, so almost all that exist of the 125 S are photos and these exciting models. These special collectors’ cars capture the essence of this iconic piece of motor sport history.

It's the first time I see a car with 1 door (I mean, 1 door in the left side and no dood in the driver side). I have 15 years collecting (only 1/18) scale cars and fifteen of them are Ferraris. This is the first Ferrari made for Enzo in 1947. History in interesting. Automotive cars is very interesting. Ferrari made history interesting.

My son likes this car; and it's great for a kid who loves Hot Wheels and sports cars. However, he is the kind of kid who is content to set this on the shelf and look at it; only getting it down to play with is periodically. He is easy on toys, and things are not quickly broken. So, if you have a responsible kid, this would be a good purchase. If your child easily breaks things, I would skip this one.
