I bought this for my 20 month old. He loved it the 1st time we fired it. You can remove the loop and turn it into a car launcher which is also fun. The spring is a rubber band that is secured behind a removable plate, so if it snaps it won't injure anyone and is easily replaceable. Doesn't work so well with Matchbox cars as they can be a little wide.

My 4 1/2 year old loves playing with this. It is durable enough, and most cars work with it. It is the wider ones that have a problem. The one thing keeping it from a 5 star is that the snake's mouth opens and closes to make it a challenge to send a car through the loop. This is fun at first, but there isn't a way to keep it open when the child just wants to send a car through the loop. It does get a lot of re-use, though.

My grandson really enjoys this. Very sturdy so he can take it apart to pick up and set it up quickly for the next round of play.

Within seconds of opening this package my boys were hard at work fly crashing cars into everything. It was really easy to setup, and take apart. No tools needed and lets face it every little boy loves cars, making them go super fast, and bashing them into everything. A great product if you want to test out whether or not your kid will enjoy the track and setups.
