Kids will love this one, but so will the adults! We will remember, at least most men and some women, how we used to beat up the tracks with our Hot Wheels and Barbie Hot Wheels sets. Well this one takes you to the test of your ability to be able to not only zoom the car through a flat track, but allows you full control of the chosen car. Competition is available in the two person mode, and for once, I can even understand the controls as an adult! Find the Mystry Cars and hidden tracks...great Christmas purchase for children of ALL ages!

After playing several racing games targeted at younger kids, the Hot Wheels Turbo Racing game is not only very enjoyable for my 4- and 5-year-olds, but realistic enough for young teens (especially when using Dual Shock controllers). I even found myself drawn in, which doesn't happen too often! Discover secret short-cuts... find the hidden Mystery Cars to add to your collection of racing vehicles... race for time, for stunts, head-to-head, or compete for the Hot Wheels Cup against a field of 8 racers. The controls are relatively simple, and there are several options, including difficulty level, that help give older kids a challenge. This Hot Wheels game is high on my kids' wish list for Sony Playstation games this Christmas.

This game is a decent racing game, fast, and with a nice support of dual-shock controller. However, I did not find anything in this game which would distinguish it from the other racing games available on the market. Its graphics is nice, but not outstanding; the soundtrack is quite annoying; there is no plot in the game which would keep you playing until you get to the end of the game; the number of the racing tracks is limited to 6 or so. While it is quite possible that my judgement is affected by my prior experience with "Crash Team Racing", an extraodinary racing game which set a new standard how witty and graphically rich a Playstation racing game can be, I still would recommend to rent "Hot Wheels Turbo Racing" before buying it to make sure that you like it.

This game has Great Graphics, nice gameplay. ok car selection and good track selection.this game should of never been made in to a two player mode selection, it just isn't fun and should be avoided.when you just Ride alone, then its a very good game.All in all this game is a let down, you expect so much more and they don't even give you 50%!

This game is great for the whole family. It's easy enough for my 5 yr old, but challenging enough for Mom and Dad. We love racing against each other. A must have for Hot Wheel fans.

This game is great! The graphics aren't the greatest but they still are good because you can see where you are going. You can unlock mystery cars when you either go in secrets, or win one of the 3 challenging cups. The cups get harder and harder as you go. After winning all 3 cups, I still haven't got all the mystery cars. I am missing 1. Not to brag. It is a
challenging game to get some of the mystery cars. If you get all of them, please let me know. Just Kidding! If you want to, you can. I don't mind. Speaking of the cars, they are great. Some have different strenghs. Like some can be fast and [are bad at] stunts or some can be good at both. When you unlock a mystery car, on a specific track. That means that this car is the car that is best at that track. REMINDER! Don't give up on finding the mystery cars. If you are racing and see one, after you finsh the race, you can practice that track and keep trying to get it. It might take a while but it is worth it. In conclusion, this game is great! Did I mention it is great? Oh yeah, it is great!

My 5 yr old son and I have had so much fun with this game over the past year. In the beginning it seems like just a racing game but as you start finding shortcuts and hidden cars, playing the cup races, and unlocking new tracks it gets better and better! We haven't won the twinmill cup yet though. :-(

This is a really great game for the money!

We purchased this game because our, at the time, 3 yr old son couldn't get enough of it at the neighbors house. He constantly wanted to go over there to play this game. He is 4 now, & loves this game. He's pretty darn good at it too. It seems like a "safe" game for a child his age. He loves racing & cars. There's no shooting or violence associated with this game. That's why we like it.

the game disc came with the bluck buster seal writing in marker the bottum had scratches didnt come as promised like new it was more used acceptable at a fair price not worth returning but dont expect a like new condition because after all they are old games im lucky mines works

My grandson is 6 years old and has a Playstation 2. I just discovered the original Playstation games will also work in a "2". He is a racing fan and loves all the Hot Wheels games so I ordered this one and he is still thanking me everytime he plays it. It came earlier than expected which was a great surprise to him and was in excellent condition. Thanks.
