This review is from: A Hotel Is a Very Funny Place (Paperback)
This book used is listed for $.01 You need to be old to appreciate Berman, who invented comedy monologues in the early days of comedy. Berman's best was probably the bit about an office worker's frustration when he saw a man on the ledge of building opposite his. "Hello, emergency? Yes I'll hold."
For a studying comic, Berman is very useful. |
