I've been using this microwave in our rental house for several months. So far, so good. That said, it doesn't get the constant use that the one in my kitchen does.
It operates relatively quietly and was easy to install over our range. The exhaust on the microwave seems adequate to the limited cooking it has experienced so far. I thought the unit felt and looked substantial and well-made. At this point in time I would recommend this microwave for people with a limited amount of space in their kitchen.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Hoped to find an inexpensive microwave for vacation home. But you get what you pay for.
First comment is that the unit has a very (and I mean VERY) loud vent fan. For that reason alone, I would've chosen another model.
Second comment, almost immediately, the microwave stopped working after 3 minutes. There must be a short in the feedback wiring. After 20 minutes, it will work again... but only for 3 minutes at a time.B
My worst purchase experience from Amazon. In part, because it these over-the-range styles are a little difficult to take out and install, and then to ship it back for an exchange, becomes a major hassle.
A bad experience all the way around. Stay away from this model.

It seems the two things that "Consumers" rated poorly that took the overall score down were noise, and ease of use. I found that the noise comes from the fan, as this oven can be vented through the vents in your oven hood if they have external vents, but if not, it recirculates the air and does make a little bit more fan noise than the average, but not enough to be a real problem. As far as "Ease of Use... I have no idea how they could find anything difficult to use on this oven. In fact, it was easier to use than our old oven, which was pretty easy itself! It has the "fast cook" buttons (1-6) that are just one touch controls. In other words, if your meal says cook for three minutes on high, just close the door and hit "3" and you are done cooking. That seems pretty easy to me!
It has a turntable, which is a must in my opinion, and after several months I find it to cook as well as any microwave I have ever used. I installed this microwave by myself in one evening, with minimal difficulty, though I suggest that if you have someone that can help you when it comes to actually lifting it up and hanging it, it will be a lot easier. The only complaint I have is that the door does not have any kind of button or release, so the mechanism used to keep the door shut makes the door a bit loud unless you close it with caution.
It is a great oven and a great buy. Though I can't speak for longevity, it seems well built, and it should last quite a while. I will update this review if anything changes.
