This review is from: Hour of the Horde (Paperback)
Recommended to me as a child by my dad, I put this book up there with Ender's Game, and Starship Troopers. Short, sweet, and a well done story. The main character is not the easiest to relate to, but his utter humanity is. This book feels like a short story in that it delves directly into the meat of the story relatively quickly and refrains from taking too many twists and turns. You'll probably finish the book in a single sitting, but it is worth the time!
