Book Description

November 23, 1996
A biography that reads like fiction, winner of the "O Georgia Award", endorsed by numerous prominent public figures, House Of Cards delivers the Mafia in a unique manner. After five generations of blood shed, Rocky is born handicapped, struggles to walk and be like his .45 carrying father, and, just when he realizes his goal, loses his father to a bloody Mafia Hit. The course of events will soon produce the circumstances for Rocky to become the first to seek an end to his family's long standing Mafia ties. Rocky will leave home on a 7-year adventure across America in quest of the meaning of his life, in search of a Father Figure. Along the way, rocky will experience a host of predicaments, some funny, others hair raising, until he gathers the tools, guts and know how to return to NY and get even with the Mob. Rocky will soon discover himself in the middle of a Mafia Gambling house, an empty .38 revolver pointed at 30 Mafia Soldiers, everything, including his life, hanging in the balance.

From the Author

From the day I was born, my life was a desperate battle for love, purpose and reason. My quest would lead me to many peoples and cultures, educating me as well as confronting my own emotions and teachings. I would experience many of the very same predicaments our Youth face today. Yet, I would learn from these times in a way that I would not discover until many years later. It is not simply a Mafia book that I have authored, but also one of the emotions, circumstances, ways and beliefs of the many people I met along this journey. My attempt to write my story I felt the remembrance of the emotion, of the excitement and of the fear and desperation, as well as of the Enlightenment and the Education, may reach your heart and mind; my purpose! I believe that you will fear, cry, laugh, and, at the end, shed a tear in the Joy of Motherhood and Understanding. Is YOUR predicament insurmountable? Read my story and learn that all and anything is possible if you want it bad enough!
