VERY CUTE, FAST SHIPPING!
All the Pandora beads that I have ordered through Pugster, are beautiful beads, i love them, and so does my Daughter-in-law. That is why i am a continuing customer and a very pleased one too. Thank you!

Poor quality product and poor customer service
I bought a few beads from Pugster recently including the so-called Silver European house charm. The quality of the beads was very poor and the description of the content of the beads was incorrect. The silver beads, listed on Amazon as being sterling silver, were at best silver-plated....and even that I question. I ordered a "Polymer Clay" bead that actually looked...

I bought a few beads from Pugster recently including the so-called Silver European house charm. The quality of the beads was very poor and the description of the content of the beads was incorrect. The silver beads, listed on Amazon as being sterling silver, were at best silver-plated....and even that I question. I ordered a "Polymer Clay" bead that actually looked like plastic which had been painted and the paint easily could be scratched off.To add to the issues, their customer service is just about non-existent. I tried to contact them via e-mail...they never responded. I called them repeatedly and could not get through to a customer service rep. I tried to leave a phone message but their voice mail was always full.
