This MC is without a doubt the illest contribution to the hip hop scene since KRS-ONE. Here is an artist that is brave enough to be a leader and not buy into the sterotypes of many hiphop artists on the scene today. House Of Funk proves to be one of the most well produced and encouraging CD's I've heard in the longest time from an independant artist. If you haven't heard of him... you will soon enough, and that's a bonafide guarantee!

MC Overlord is a prime example of the direction that hip hop should be focused. This is a CD packed with valuable insight that an entire generation could learn from. He deserves to be on top and I believe he will be one day very soon!

I've known the talented kid from St. Louis since 1986, even then his talent was evident(SO SPECIAL!), there are so called major super star Rappers on the scene who do not have an ounce of the talent that this kid have, his album House Of Funk is a Master Piece, i say to the MC OVERLORD, GOD Bless,...& don't ever stop giving the world a taste of your special gift !
