An Unfortunate Disappointment:,

Unlike the other four books in this series, this resource on House Liao is spotty and looks very hastily put together. The historical background is not as satisfying, and the layout of the book itself is confusing and difficult to manage. Despite all that, it remains one of the only resources on the Capellan Confederation available to Battletech fans, and the most comprehensive such resource by far. Despite its flaws, this sourcebook also has a few pleasant surprises, including a very first look at the Liao "Raven," before the introduction of more modern technologies, and other popular Capellan 'Mechs.
