I highly recommend this mix for anyone who appreciates deeper house music. It's been in my cd player for weeks now and hasn't seen daylight.

As a collector and lover of house music for over 15 years

I think that this is a great solid mix and a good buy.

These days, much attention is turned towards the glitchy, underground minimal sounds or the electro sounds in the popular realm. However, after listening to this CD, I remember why I used to love this music so much and it's all coming back. Regardless of the style of house that you like, if you're into house or techno, you're bound to enjoy this quality release with music that passes the test of time.

Unlike a lot of deep-house, it's definitely a mood-lifting, feel-good disc that'll put a big grin on your face, reminiscent of a sunny Miami day party or even a dark lounge in the company of loved ones. The tracks are musical and show influences of R&B and funk throughout; interesting, yet with no more than a few catchy chord changes per tune. It's no coincidance that the standout track turns out to be Fred Everything's own "Soul Mates", but there's plenty of good ones to go around. Fred picks things up in a nice way throughout the mix without overemphasizing things and keeps things colorful. Excellent outro!

Tight beats, nice track selection. Has a way of staying in the cd rotation. Really picks up steam about mid-way through. Track 10 is my favorite. Addictive! Listen to the Amazon review!
