HOUSE OF YES, March 8, 2007
This review is from: House of Yes: Live From the House of Blues (Audio CD)
This rocks, they do a great job and the sound quality is very fine for live. This should help you better appreciate The Ladder album (Homeworld sounds incredible) and the many great oldies jammed out - Songs like Awaken, And You & I and Perpetual Change on here are done wonderfully. Is there a better opening song than Yours Is No Disgrace? The WHOLE concert is great (I have nearly everything YES has released and have been a fan for over 30 years). Get the dvd at least if you don't want the cd - FUN CONCERT! Listen on a good system if you want to hear the quality. Long "LIVE" YES ...

Incredibly Cool Progressive Rock, February 13, 2009
This review is from: House of Yes: Live From the House of Blues (Audio CD)
I've never been what you'd consider a "hard core" Yes fan. But WOW, I sure am now. I can't speak knowledgeably about the history of the band or wax poetic about progressive rock in general. But I definitely think that this ranks among one of the best live albums I have ever heard. The music is just fantastic: artistic, thoughtful and "jammin" all at the same time. The sound quality is also superb. If you are a fan of progressive rock or a fan of thoughtful and complex music, you will LOVE this CD.

Yes House of Blues is a decent live album, April 11, 2009
This review is from: House of Yes: Live From the House of Blues (Audio CD)
This album, Yes live from the house of blues is a decent album. Some of the sound could be better but Yes rarely fails to please in a live show. I saw Yes at the Louisville Palace early in 2009 and they still rock with the best of them. Yes does not disappoint. You will like it.

This album really stinks because of a very low bass level from Squire. Buy yessongs or keys to ascention 1.
