About the Author
Sara Lamia, president of Home Building Coach, Inc. in Fort Collins, Colorado, draws on her firsthand experience to help consumers get the home they really want. She is a contributing editor of Green Builder Magazine and hosts a local radio talk show. Sara delivers seminars nationally to builders and REALTORS about how to market the high performance home. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and has an M.A. in education.
