This hamper has color as vivid as the photos and is a great addition to a child's room, especially for the price. Other hampers cost 4x more for the same type of product. However, the wire frame near the edge did come out its slot and I had to push it back in, but I think I tried to stuff too many clothes in it and move it to another location, and that was too much. It apparently is not that durable to pick up and move around while it is very full of laundry.

I bought this hamper and the lion hamper. They are both adorable. They are just as pictured -- really cute! Kids and kids at heart can now enjoy sorting the laundry by feeding these cute characters. My system is Ladybug only eats delicates, while Lion eats jeans, tees, etc. I was a little concerned carrying one of these full of heavy jeans up/down the stairs, but so far so good. A longer strap would have made it easier than the two handles. For going back and forth to the laundry room, there are better choices, but nothing beats these for the fun factor.

Just two months after purchase the wire on the ladybug started poking out (so I removed it); one month later, another wire poked out. This is a bit of a safety hazard for a hamper that's the height of a 2-year-old! It's just not at all durable, and I'm tossing it. I'd add, too, that the kids never played rough with it in a way that would make it come undone like this.

We also got the ladybug and lion for my 2-year old and 16 month old. My 2-year old thinks it's really cool to feed the ladybug his dirty clothes. It sure beats them piling up on the floor! This is a really fun way to get little kids accustomed to doing some of their own chores to help mommy clean up. They really are pretty cute and the low price is a bonus.

This hamper is beautiful, with lively colors. It also has a fairly large capacity. However, it is not extremely sturdy. I wouldn't move it with the clothes in it or put it in a room with a child who is hard on her possessions. That said, it is a great addition to my 2 1/2 year old's butterfly themed room, and she loves the antenna, wings and face on the hamper.

I had wanted this hamper for a long time to go in my son's jungle nursery. I finally bought it and now wish I hadn't. We haven't even had it for six months. My son doesn't play with it. I only use it for his laundry and I don't even fill it to the top or else it holds too many clothes to do in one load. I carry it by the handles to and from the laundry room. The wire that holds up the lion's head poked out so I pulled it all the way out. Now the wire that makes up the body of the lion is poking out and there is no way to push it back in or pull it all the way out. I wish I could keep it, but I don't want to risk my son hurting himself. It is also too much hassle to set the lion upright because the paws and tail fold up underneath the lion when setting it down and I hate having to straighten those out every time. All in all, a very cute hamper, but poor quality!

The lid stays closed really well. I haven't checked but it seems like there is a magnet or small weight in the mouth to make it come down. Works better than my frog hamper I received as a gift 4 years ago. I love it...adorable!

it holds a week's worth of my two boys' clothes (ages 2 and 4) - not the most durable so don't let your kids play with it (they do try - the lion is very tempting!). it adds nice decor to a child's room - for the price it's definitely worth it

I bought the ladybug and lion hampers. When I received the products, the ladybug hamper already had wires poaking out through holes in the fabric. I expect the other one to give in any time.
They look great, it's a very good concept. My daughter can reach in and get anything out as it is so flexible. However, they start falling apart in no time. I would not recommend it unless you don't mind speding $15 just to add something different to decor.

I bought this more for decoration than function, but when I opened the package not only did it spring to life, it was so much larger than expected, I was pleasantly surprized. Currently its a hamper but later I will keep it for toy storage. Soooo cute!!!
