I used it this weekend to dry 12 articles of clothing including blouses, slacks, jackets. All linen, and all hung straight out of the washer. Everything dried in less than 24 hours--less time than they took when I hung them all over the laundry room. My only comment is that other buyers not try to move a full rack of clothing to another room. This was dumb, and the pole did separate into its two parts. This is not a complaint, it's recognition that I did something foolish. I then removed the clothing, put the rack back together, and moved it to the other room where I rehung the clothing on it.

This item is lightweight yet sturdy and easy to put together. We travel with this and it fits nicely into one of those long tubular cases that the folding canvas chairs come in. It comes in two pieces which snap together and then both parts just pop open. I would highly recommend this product.

This product is great for hanging clothes to dry or just hanging extra clothing around the house, such as use for a coat rack in the hall entrance. It takes less space and holds a good amount of weight, such as coats. Just overall a very useful product.

This is a great product if you are a Dance Mom! My daughter has danced for over 6 years and I wish I had purchased this product 6 years ago! It is perfect to hang dance costumes on in the dressing room. It does not take up a lot of space and is easy to assemble. If there was anything I would do to improve the product I would include a carrying bag with it (or offer it as an option); that way it would be a easier to store or transport in the trunk of the car. GREAT Product!

I am a work at-home mom doing my best to save money by conserving energy while doing laundry. With little kids, there's a lot of laundry, and in the winter, it's hard for me to dry clothes and cloth diapers outdoors.

I was eagerly awaiting this product and sadly, I'm not completely enamoured with it. It's okay and does the job, so I give it 3.25 stars.

It's flimsy, so I'm worried that my husband's heavy clothing will tip it. It's perfect for my kids and my clothing. I don't take the clothes right out of the washer; I damp dry, then hang them. It's worked perfectly so far.

My other negative, which is a biggie issue for me, is that not all our hangers fit the holes on the arms. Sigh! I have chunky hangers and hangers with metal loopy things that are too big for the holes. I don't have any dry-cleaning metal hangers left. So my kids hangers and some of my other skinny hangers fit it. Bit of an annoyance, so I find myself using the shower rod to hang dry some of the clothes instead of my new toy!

My final issue is that it doesn't fit in my bathtub, which was the other reason for my purchasing this. It's a little too wide by about 2 inches, and just won't fit. I tried. So it sits beside the bathtub in our small main bathroom. I'll try to get a picture.

Overall, it's okay. I'm sure I'll have more use of this in the summer. I'll update this review then.

I bought this so we'd have out own little space to hang costumes at my daughter's dance competitions. This pops up in a flash and seems very durable. It's perfect!

I originally purchased the shorter QVC version of this a few years ago and loved it!
This one is very tall and if not balanced well it tips. I still use it but would
prefer the shorter QVC one which my daughter took with her.

Needed a way to air dry laundry when I added a small washer but no dryer to my tiny apt. After reading many reviews about instability on most racks, I picked this one as it seemed to have the fewest complaints and hoped for the best. It has far exceeded my expectations. As long as you are even slightly cognizant of the fact that you can't put all your items on one of the three arms, it won't tip on you and it holds a lot. I can easily get a week's worth of laundry on it to dry overnight. It is very easy to use--pop the thing out, tripod out and when you are done, you push a button, slap it back together and store in a closet or under a bed. Nice product for the price. If you have a family's worth of drying to do, I'd get two as you can't put the clothing too closely together and still get it dried in one night though the rack is sturdy enough to hold it.

I bought this drying rack a few months ago so that I wouldn't have to hang my clothes from the doorjambs to dry anymore. It worked great for a few weekly uses, and then one of the clips that held the leg on broke, bringing the entire thing crashing down. I jerry-rigged a new clip from a screw, nut, and some washers, and all seemed to be okay for a few more months. Today was laundry day. I hung everything up on the rack. I made sure to balance the weight evenly and didn't even use all of the notches. I left the laundry to dry while I did some cleaning and CRASH! One of the legs snapped right off! Again, the whole thing came down, and this time I won't bother repairing it. I know this product sounds like a fabulous idea and the solution to all your laundry storage problems...but IT'S NOT! It's made of thin cheap plastic and can't possible stand up to the wear and tear of weekly use. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

This is a wonderful product! Sturdy, yet lightweight. I bought it because I wear a lot of business clothes that I do not like to put in the dryer and I prefer to hang them up to dry. Plus, I do not have a lot of room where the washer and dryer are. This really filled the bill! I love it!
