I love this product! Assembly was only about 10 minutes with a second helper and it is relatively easy if you follow the directions. Rollers roll smoothly and the frame is very sturdy. The bins are made of heavy canvas type material that will also hold up well over time. The open top is great because you just pitch in your clothes instead of having to lift a lid on a hamper, and now my husband is even cleaning up his dirty clothes! Yay, that was my original objective. Perfect for laundry room but somewhat big for in the bathroom. Would fit in a closet.The nylon netting allows you to see inside from the sides so you can tell which color clothes is in which and which ones need washed. This is also great for storing other stuff like toys (perfect for the garage for all those dang balls and other various toys). This is one of the best things I've bought from Amazon, and will definitely make my life easier!

Great sorter. Very Sturdy! Took me 15 minutes to assemble. Just the right size for my large loads. Easy to view your loads through the see-through mesh. The velcro tabs make it easy to remove the bins from the frame. Fits perfect in my closet. I plan to have this bin for a very long time.

I have had mine for almost 2 years. It is fabulous. Very sturdy. I run it over thick-pile carpet with no problems. Bags remove easily for emptying. Smelled musty when I received it - a quick shot of Febreeze took care of that. Makes laundry *almost* bearable. I like it so much that I am going to purchase one for my mother and sister.

I decided to invest in this product as I have recently become disabled and cannot carry things. This product seemed like a great way to pre-sort the laundry, then roll it to the laundry room. It's worked out great. The downside for this product is that the method for which to keep the frame and wheels level is made only of plastic and it frequenty slips out of place making the wheels uneven. This product could have been perfect had they taken the time to make a more stable design element for the wheels and frame. Other than that - it is truly great for what I need it for.

AAA Home Furniture Discounts lacks integrity should be avoided at all costs. I have dealt with hundreds of Sellers in the Amazon Marketplace and AAA Home Furniture Discounts is by far the worst. They misrepresented the product and refused to replace damaged parts, then taunted me and said they would win against any claim I might file. They were completely unprofessional and never even sent an order acknowledgment or shipping notice. DO NOT REINFORCE THIS BEHAVIOR!

The item is very well made and sturdy. I have only had it a short time, but it appears it will last a long time. I like the convenience of either rolling the entire unit to the laundry room, or taking just one bin by undoing the velcro attachment flaps. Having three bins allows me to sort clothing as I go, instead of having to sort on laundry day.

I bought one of these a year or so ago, and love it so much I bought another. Now the two of them sit side by side in the laundry room. Super sturdy and holds lots of laundry. Believe me, with 5 kids, there's A LOT of laundry. This is far and away the best sorter I've ever found.

I ordered this after several years of trying to manage a small laundry room with a busy schedule and laundry that frequently piled up. First, it is so very managable in a tight space. Although the mesh bags at first seem too small, they held at least 2 loads of laundry per section and were very sturdy. Next, I could wheel the whole unit all over my downstairs without killing my back! Very easy to assemble--no tools needed. I really have been organized for weeks with my laundry and all of my conventional laundry baskets are now stationary in everyone's closets.

I bought this laundry sorter in December of 2009. I will never buy anything from this company again!!! It was a pain to put together and the plastic pieces kept falling apart and then the cart broke making it totally useless. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!!!! If I could give it minus stars I would. I ended up and had to throw it away. I can't be bothered with having to pack this piece of junk up and sending it back.

the mesh bags ripped right away. can't handle jeans, pants and other heavy clothing. not recommended if you have lots of laundry and does it weekly.
