I received my rack within a couple days of ordering it, and it qualified for free shipping. That was a plus since I was worried about shipping costs all the way to Alaska. I put a load of sweatshirts, jeans, and cargo pants on it and it stayed really stable. When I took the dry clothes off I just popped one of the bars up and it folded down on its own and was easily stored. It also had no assembly required, which is great since almost all of the others available are extremely complicated to put together.

I have purchased similar chrome racks over the years and have never had a problem with them, specifically with rust (even after 3-4 years of use). I bought this horrible product and it rusted after one month of careful, normal, indoor use. This product is a complete rip-off. You should only buy this rack if you don't mind your clean clothes hanging on a rusty rung. I wish I had listened to previous reviews that warned of rust. Please do not buy! Horrible product!

Very sturdy and easy to use. I can even move the entire rack when it is loaded with clothes.

I bought 4 of these racks for myself and family. We all agree it's the best ever. Higher than most and very durable.

The third time I used this product it started to come apart. Various cross bars came apart in the center and at the ends. It was not handled roughly. I would not recommend this for anyone.

I'm a single person and only used it for drying clothes from the laundromat and IT BROKE! Expensive item for only 3 months use!

I have purchased two of these drying racks and have been using them for a little over two months now. Both of the racks have rusted and when I called Amazon in order to get a refund or return these items, I was told that the return policy is 30 days. So next time I will buy this kindof item in IKEA where products come with a much better warranty than at Amazon.

It says "heavy duty," so I put about 10 winter sweaters on this rack to dry overnight. The next morning the rack collapsed - one of the rods on the side had snapped. My old wooden rack could handle that load, so I didn't think I was overloading it, but apparently so. I didn't send it back either because of shipping costs.

The rack has been delivered with two rusted rods. I did not return it because of shipping cost.

I've been really happy with this dryer, which I've had about a month. I decided to stop machine drying my clothes, to save energy, and this drying rack is so easy to fold up, and holds a whole load of laundry, and makes me feel really good about my lessen impact on the environment.
