With space saving in mind, this WHITNEY DESIGN(#5003) indoor clothing dryer is wall mountable and telescopes out from the wall to a distance of 14.5". When not in use, it can be retracted back to the wall. It measures 31.5" wide and is made of plastic. There are 8 adjustable drying lines that are made of plastic covered wire. It ships fully assembled. The color of the rack is white to match most any interior color.

The drywall anchors included with the rack are insufficient for a sturdy mount. Further, the mounting brackets are 30" on center, not 32", which would make for solid mounting directly into wall studs. However, with one bracket mounted to a stud, and the other bracket secured with (not-supplied) toggle bolts (the ones that spring out on the other side of the drywall and are then drawn tight by the bolt), the rack is then steady enough for heavy use.

Good rack, good price, but get two toggle bolts for mounting.

Easy to install ... and seems to be working. I wouldn't recommend hanging very heavy stuff on it ... but for a few light items it seems to work just fine.

I got two of these racks and have them on the wall on either side of my washer and dryer. They do not go in and out very easily, but they sure are handy to have right there. I'd recommend them to anyone.
