For anyone who has struggled with the mortgage lenders and been mired in the "techno-speak" of bankers, lawyers, and others with no real desire to help struggling homeowners maneuver a difficult modification and settlement system, this is a real book, with real information, written by a real person for people who, just like the author, have been confronted with the tough choices in a purposely confusing loan modification and settlement environment. Stephanie has engaged the system head on and has succeeded in ways that you too can achieve if you follow her straightforward instructions and avoid the pitfalls while you maneuver the maze that these lenders make you run through. This book is an easy read, but is chock full of the do's and dont's of how to succeed in finalizing your loan modification or settlement.
