Our firm practices in the area of fair housing and I find this book to be an essential resource for both in depth case law analysis and practical sample pleadings.

I usually don't bother to review books, but the only review here was so bad, and I happen to have a copy, and I practice in this area of the law representing landlords. I have found the book useful on occasion. Someone wanting samples of pleadings in this type of litigation should consider buying it. I usually don't bother to review books, but the only review here was so bad, and I happen to have a copy, and I practice in this area of the law representing landlords. I have found the book useful on occasion. Someone wanting samples of pleadings in this type of litigation should consider buying it. This is not the first book on housing discrimination that I would buy, however.
