About the Author

Bill Amend graduated with a physics degree from Amherst College. While in school, he drew twice-weekly editorial cartoons for the student newspaper. After graduation, Amend worked for a brief time in the animation/film industry. In 1988, FoxTrot became nationally syndicated. Amend enjoys tinkering with computers and playing video games at his home in the Midwest.

Bill Amend and his wife and two children call the Midwest home. He is a graduate of Amherst College with a degree in physics. In 1998, FoxTrot was syndicated. When he's not drawing his strip and making people laugh, he can be found tinkering with computers and playing video games.

Amend once again delivers in what may be the last of the Foxtrot books, now that he's stopped doing the dailies that made up the bulk of these books. The collection is filled with the best of his last strips, and makes a great addition to the previous sets.

I can't believe that Amend is retiring the strip. Nonetheless, I deeply appreciate this little book - combining some of his more recent strips.

I love this comic strip and recommend this book highly.

I always love FoxTrot!!!

I'm very sad the dailies are ending, but am happy for him that he was so successful.

I own all the books, and love them all!
