A favorite at my home and the office, unlike previous reviewer have never had a problem with grounds just a good cup of coffee every time. The strength is a little bit on the light side, so those who expect a spoon to stand up in their coffee would be better off with a different product.

While the coffee itself is good, we have been frustrated by the number of cups that have had the paper seal break and result in grounds in the coffee mug. One or two wouldn't have been a big deal, but more than half have done it. It is a pain to clean it out of the machine afterwards.
