This review is from: How to Be an Up Person in a Down World: How to Stop Worrying & Start Living (Paperback)
Mainly a book of assorted quotations, from Abraham Lincoln to the Aesoph fables. The quotes are arranged to inspire persistence in the face of hardship etc. Takes about 45 mins to read, and leaves one feeling very much inspired and wanting to email some of the quotes to people you know.
