maybe not exactly be a how to book
on March 29, 2011
Whilst the information is well documented and the process explained, it does have some limitations on how to actually achieve some of the finer points of the construction. For example, centring the rear wheel, and aligning the front forks, they are mentioned but the description is not that thoroughly explained or easy to follow. But at least it is mentioned so you can make a valid decision on how, or who you will need to help with certain aspects of the build.
Most of the builds use third part parts in the construction of the bikes, and a few kits are shown. With that said, if you are mechanically minded and have some basic manufacturing skills, this book is a great starting point.
Now get building that motorcycle... its not a motorcycle, its a chopper...
