Review

"This is a great book on how to approach and solve the problem of chronic bad breath. I train doctors for a living and only wish I could get my doctors to be this thorough."  Mark Rhodes Ph.D.

"Who doesn't want to find a product that can stop bad breath instantly? If I have a date tomorrow, I want my bad breath gone by then, not in 6 weeks time, right? Well, you know what, turns out that taking some time to do things properly actually pays off in the end. Like it or not, there isn't a single product out there that can just vanish bad breath. This step-by-step guide contains all the info that is needed to treat bad breath, maybe not in 24 hours, but at least it is proper, solid info and practical advice that really helps."  G. Alton

"What I found most valuable was the detailed info and tips that it gives on what remedies to use, which ones work and which don't, and specially, what remedies to use depending on the root causes. Having gone through the steps in the guide, I have been able to determine 3 factors that are definite culprits. Extremely pleased with the results too. This is the only book on bad breath I would recommend so it is well worth the price and the time you will spend reading it."  Sarah Cho

About 6 months ago my girlfriend told me that I had terrible breath so I started to brush my teeth more often, use a mouthwash, floss, etc. Things did not improve and it reached a point where I was frankly quite depressed about the whole thing. I tend to avoid seeing a doctor, unless absolutely necessary, so I looked for help on the internet. I ended up buying three different ebooks. All advised me to use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and they were very poorly written. Anyway, I found that using those rinses improved my breath a little bit, although the effects would last only half an hour or so.

Then I found this book and I am really glad I bought it because the information it contains is priceless. This book is just gold, it does not compare to any other book I have read on this subject and, if all the steps are followed correctly, I think anybody with bad breath, no matter how bad, will be able to either cure it or at the very least, have it under control until they tackle all the root causes.

This is a very helpful book and it should be read by everybody, not just those suffering from chronic bad breath. I had tried so many things before that I lost sight of what I was trying to achieve. Following the steps, one by one, I learned how to find the origin of the odors, how to tackle the problem from home and where to look for more help, if needed. Like the author, I also found that several factors were playing a role; in my case, tonsil stones, unhealthy gums and allergies. So far I have used two of the recommended remedies with very good results, so I am a very satisfied reader!

This is a great book on how to approach and solve the problem of chronic bad breath.

I think the author's flow chart of steps to take makes sense. She addresses infections, bacterial and fungal organisms, dental problems, and digestive problems. That pretty much covers the possibilities. She includes just the right amount of photos and diagrams to be helpful. She helps you look for root causes of bad breath by giving you a list of things you can do at home but also giving you the list of things that require professional help.

I train doctors for a living and only wish I could get my doctors to be this thorough.

I bought this book for my husband. He suffers from post nasal drip and gets a little self-conscious about his breathe in social situations. Well, we have both read it and it is unbelievable how much good information is packed in the book. Bad breathe has so much more to do with just post nasal drip. We will start putting these tips and the step by step formula to work right away. I really can't believe this book is just $8. With the amount of information inside it is worth a heck of a lot more.

I really liked this book on bad breath and even got some dental education. I have always used a medium toothbrush as I thought that was the way to go and have often thought that using an electric toothbrush was just being lazy and that they were a waste of money, plus didn't do as good of a job than scrubbing your teeth with just a regular toothbrush. I also have a "hard" bristle type brush I would use once in awhile and after reading this, i have been actually doing more damage than good. The booked is packed full of excellent information that will eventually cure bad breath.

This book has an incredible amount of info on bad breath. I have found it really well structured and easy to follow. Before buying the book, I had spent months scouring the web for home made remedies and advice on how to stop my bad breath. I have already tried many remedies, but had not previously seen the approach the author recommends, which emphasises the importance of eliminating the environments where germs thrive rather than simply attempting to eliminate the germs themselves. Once I had digested the information, it all made so much sense to me. This book is packed with invaluable advice which has helped me find out why I have bad breath. I am following the step by step guide at the moment and so far there has been a definite improvement; I might need professional treatment as well, but at the moment I am using some of the tools and techniques recommended in the book at home with great success. Excellent help!

This book was a real eye opener for me as it details many hidden causes of bad breath - including dental infections. Bad breath can be caused by a host of medical problems - so while mouth wash or breath mints may temporarily mask the problem, it's better to understand the true cause and address it first. Everyone wants fresh breath, but the topic of bad breath is awkward if not downright embarrassing. Thankfully, this book puts it all into perspective and outlines the MANY causes of bad breath and how to cure it!

...so when I saw this Kindle title I had to give it a shot.

Being English, I'm far too polite to actually say something to the possessor of the odorous orifice.

This book has given me some great ideas to suggest to "Mike" as I shall refer to him, as that's his name ;)
It appears that he is suffering from an excess of butyric acid, as his breath smells like parmesan or vomit - nice eh?

I'm planning on repeatedly mentioning the foxy dental hygienist that works at my dental surgery, as unsurprisingly he is single!

Aaaaaaaannnnyway, enough waffling - what about the book?

Well, it appears well researched, full of facts, figures and diagrams as well as an in depth step by step guide, and has given me the hope that I can get old stinky Mike to start smelling of roses.

Thoroughly recommended.
