This book has a feature that most self-help books lack: the help. At the end of each section are specific Action Steps that are detailed and specific. Too many self-help books have steps like "Get out there and meet people!" This book actually tells you how this is done! Another unique aspect of this book is the emphasis on analyzing the feedback you are getting (again, very often missed by self-help books). I really enjoyed this book. I am in one of the most social professions - trial attorney - but this book has given me several points and actions I am going to implement immediately.

This book provided some great insight on how to handle social anxiety. The author was very straightforward and provided a step by step plan that could be used immediately.

I think more and more people are dealing with social anxiety than ever before and I liked the fact that the solutions in this book did not include medication but instead techniques one could apply immediately.

I think that there are many people who are on medication due to social anxiety who will also find this book to be beneficial. However there also are people looking for alternative solutions besides medications making this book a win/win for anyone suffering from social anxiety.

Also- even if you don’t suffer from social anxiety but are an introvert who just dreads those company parties but you feel “social anxiety” isn’t the name for what you feel- I suggest that you read this book also as the author gives great tips and insight regarding why you may feel the way you do in the first place. Definitely an enlightening read.

A+++ read.

Onder's journey began at the tender age of 3 when he was first introduced to the world of computers with the Commodore 64. Experiencing his first taste in Video Games, this lead him on to a youthful career in IT.

Having quickly developed a passion for gadgets, he pursued the goal to learn everything he could about technology, eventually graduating with a degree in IT (Multimedia).

He soon started to notice dissatisfaction with his current profession and wanted more from life. Eventually realising that the only way to find true happiness, was to keep pushing the envelope by seeking new challenges and learning new skills.

He has since gone onto become a Wing Chun Kung Fu instructor and practitioner having trained for several years, a competent Cuban Salsa Dancer, a Philosopher, a Russian Schooled Violinist, A practicing SEO/Digital Marketer, an Artist and a Writer.

Throughout his journey, he noticed dramatic improvements in his Self-Confidence and had quickly understood that the only way to discover your true potential is to continually challenge your limits and to ultimately find yourself.

He has since started a new blog to help research, discover, document and share his theories to others.
