5.0 out of 5 stars Great for beginners, January 7, 2010

This review is from: How to Do Everything: Ubuntu (Paperback)
I've only been using Ubuntu a short time and have tried several books to understand the sometimes circuituous workings of it. This is the only book that really addresses the very basic instructions for moving files, downloading and using Windows etc. I highly recommend it.

This review is from: How to Do Everything: Ubuntu (Paperback)
The author does a great job at explaning a really cool OS that is free for everyone. This book is a need-to-have for beginners and a great asset as a refreshment tool for existing users.

Ubuntu is better than Microsoft Windows and just as easy to use. The book is worth every penny!
