It's a good book but I sagest you first read "How to Draw Manga Bishoujo Pretty gals". This book is more of a second part of "How to Draw Manga Bishoujo Pretty gals" But it dose a good job on all the deferent cultures all over the world (Even though Greenland is missing in the world map.)
