4.0 out of 5 stars Good book
I got this book out of a school catolog, and in the catolog it said it showed you how to draw ALL of the pok'emon but it doesn't,it doesn't even have Togapi! It does have some good pok'emon though, like Pikachu,Charrizard, and Meowth.I recommend this book to people ages 8 and up.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's okay, but...
I think the book is all right. Most of the reason that I don't care for it is that I'm not really a crazy-obsessed Pokemon fan like I used to be. It's good if you're learning to draw Pokemon, or if you want to become a fanartist. Pokemon are good things to start with because they're somewhat easy to draw. I'm not a huge Pokemon fanartist like I used to be so now I'm on...

5.0 out of 5 stars For the Artistic Pokemon Fan!, November 26, 1999
By
This review is from: How To Draw Pokemon (How to Draw (Troll)) (Paperback)
I purchased this book for my 5-year old daughter who loves to draw. Since she is also a Pokemon fan, she was thrilled with this book, and, with some parental assistance, she is now able to draw some of the more basic Pokemon.

My five year old has, in one week, gone from frustration at being unable to draw Pokemon characters to drawing recognizable figures. A great investment, imo, and a fabulous way for her to learn basic artistic principles. The only caveat is that there is a general lack of "easy" figures; however, the age-old "start with circles" technique is relatively easy for children of any age to follow.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Drawing Book of Pokemon is terrific., January 28, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: How To Draw Pokemon (How to Draw (Troll)) (Paperback)
This book consists of about thirty Pokemon to draw, in sketched shapes, and basically a good bit of pre-picture techniques for life. It's encouraging to read the last instructions, and I know plenty of children that couldn't stop at just drawing one of these Pokemon. A terrific present for the Pokemon fan in your house, artist or not.

I love this book because pokemon can be hard to draw. But now, with this book I can draw them. Thanx to this book I don't need people to draw them for me, i can draw them. You'll love this book weather you like, love, or barely like pokemon. It also helps you study the features of pokemon! I love this book and you'll love it too, so I encourage you very much to buy it! I tried to give it 10 stars but nope, not possible so I gave it 5, the most! Hope you enjoy.

Pokemon are great and more fun, to draw. Draw Meowth the bad cat from Team Rocket but a good cat at heart. Draw Pikachu, Ash's favorite Pokemon. Ash's other favorites you can draw are Charmeleon, Charizard, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Pidgey. Some of Misty's favorites are Psyduck, and Polywhirl; you can draw them too. Brock's Pokemon are Zubat and Vulpix. Some more of Ash's are Caterpie and Snorlax. Have fun drawing these and many more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Definitely worth buying!, June 9, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: How To Draw Pokemon (How to Draw (Troll)) (Paperback)
This book is definitely worth buying! Especially if you like drawing Pokemon. Gives exactly what you'll need and how to do it. I tried it and it turned out not to be hard at all. And if you're a first time artist, to me, is not hard to work with at all. The book gives you some tips when making the drawings at the back of the book. But overall, a definite 5 star rating!

4.0 out of 5 stars Keeps Kids Busy, March 1, 2000
This review is from: How To Draw Pokemon (How to Draw (Troll)) (Paperback)
This is really a great toy to give to a Pokemon Fanatic. My younger brother loves Pokemon and now knows how to draw it. He is truly amazed at how good he can draw his favorite monsters. A must by if you want to get an inexpensive toy for a Pokemon kid. The only thing he comlains about is that there are only about twenty Pokemon to draw.
