This video is useful if all you are interested in is learning how to uncork wine and decant it. I wanted to learn about red wine vs. white wine, the different kinds of red and white wine, vintages, etc. NONE of this is on this tape. Hugh seriously spends 10 minutes (out of 53) on corkscrews and their history. Matt Kramer's books are much better for high level wine learning - Wine for Dummies is probably adequate for beginner-level stuff.
