More About the Author

Len Kageler is chair of the Youth Ministry Department of Nyack College, just outside of New York city. He spent twenty years as a youth pastor (Chatham NJ, Seattle WA, and Vancouver, BC) and continues now as a volunteer with the junior high ministry of Living Christ Church, Nyack, NY. He is known for practical, down to earth help for fellow youth workers. In addition to speaking around North America to youth workers, he is a frequent speaker in the European Union.

When you first read the title you may think, "Great, another 'gimmick' for youth ministry." Nothing could be farther from the truth. This easy read is all about relational ministry. You will find yourself saying "I knew that! Why am I not doing it?" again and again as you are reminded of the basics of doing ministry. This is a fabulous book for both the rookie and veteran youth minister.
