This review is from: How to Feel Good about Yourself - The 10 Steps to Positive Self Esteem (Paperback)
I was really hoping this would not be just another "fluffy" book telling you to take bubble baths and treat yourself to chocolate to feel good...and thank goodness it wasn't like that at all. This book acheives a thoughful balance between explaining self-esteem issues from scientific/psychological perspective, with everyday, plain language that's easy to read. The book backs up it's assertions with plenty of real-life examples. I really felt like I learned quite a bit about self-esteem as a concept, and how to improve self-esteem.
